Depending on the project size, I require at least a 50% deposit (or more).

How do you pick the design?

I pick the design with a number of factors:
-- What the style of the house is
-- What type of crowd the neighborhood may attract
-- What you would prefer
-- What type of offerings I can obtain from vendors 
-- Your budget

How long will the furnishing take?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the site of the unit, I can usually get the job done in 2-3 weeks if not faster.  I can only start once I receive a deposit.  Once in a great while there are issues or delays with vendors which can slow down the project.

Do I need to do anything?

Accepted Answer

Not really, just sit back and relax while I take care of everything.  In fact, the job will go faster if I have full control of the project.

Do you stage houses for sale?

Accepted Answer

No, at this time, I do not have an inventory of furniture for staging.
